You can find your account's public key by going to the settings page of your account by clicking the gear-icon in the upper-right corner of your account (⚙). See how to find it in this video walkthrough on Youtube.
You can create an app key by going to the settings page of your account by clicking the gear-icon in the upper-right corner of your account (⚙) and then under "Apps" click the green "Create" button. See how to create an app key in this video walkthrough on Youtube.
No. You must create a live account through the dashboard and update your integration to use the public key and app key assoicated with your new live account.
Yes. For most cases, we can transfer your account to another owner. Please contact us to initiate the transfer. Note that new transactions for the new owner may not be initated on the account before the account has been transferred to the new owner.
Once your account has been approved you will receive settlements weekly on Wednesdays. For enterprise busineses, we offer more flexible settlements e.g. on a daily basis.
You can receive the settlement in any of our supported account currencies.
